"*#" covers everything that is a number regardless of any how digits it is
"*#50"
would look for something that ends has numbers and ends with 50
not quite sure what you are actually wanting to do
did you run my code?
it gives 144 which is the number of lines which has numbers in that row?
what were you expecting as output?
yes sir. is this the code ?? the out out is all the 100 to 100 type paste the MOB and DEMOB with in front of ther COntractors

Sorry for the wrong message. the Output i want is the 100 to 1000 type are have a MOD and DEMOB like for the type "100" is 1 to 19. the 1 to 19 Have the Output of the MOB and DEMOB.
The MOB will get in 115 to 133.
The DEMOB will get in 134 to 152.

the more i read your queries the more i am getting confused to what you are actually asking for
please explain clearly what the code is meant to do and what it is not doing
ps why go to all the effort to get ctrRate but not use it?
