Macro Enabled Worksheet, Adding Auto Sort by Date

Hello, So I have this Macro Enabled Worksheet that I got some help on previously. Im now trying to make the date ( COLUMN E) on the the current sheet automatically sort itself from earliest to latests. 10/1 being at the top and 10/31 being at the bottom.

I have a macro written in there, but i keep getting an ambiguous name error when I try using an auto sort macro.

I also want to attach conditional formatting to it, Red = 1 day from current date; Yellow - 2 days from current date; green 3+ Days. (I think this can be done without a macro, but will it work in junction with a macro if I use the conditional formatting on the home tab.?

Any direction and help is greatly appreciated I've attached the macro enabled workbook in this message

Hi Leo,

So I tried using the Macro you sent back and when I enter and entire new listing and set to 9/23/2015 it wont sort the row to the top of the sheet. Am I doing something wrong?
