    Hi,

The attached FIFO Workbook works well if you save the Workbook and re-open it; or if you move to a different Sheet in the Workbook and return to the original Sheet.

I use the function in Column H of the "FIFO with Sample Data" Sheet, providing supporting data (..input data) in Columns A thru G. So, if you make a new entry in the supporting data section say, Row 45, the resulting answer shows up in H45 and other cells in Columns H are zero out; but if you move over to the other Tab, "FIFO Example" and then come back to the "FIFO with Sample Data" Tab, all is good; or if you save the Workbook and re-open the Workbook, all is good.

I'm not sure what causes this problem. I prefer to use the FIFO function and see the results in the same TB or while the Workbook is still open.

    Can someone please help me?

    Thanks. Much appreciated

Saving and re-opening or switching between sheets causes this macro to run:
right click on the sheet name at the bottom of excel and select view code.

Re: FIFO Function only works if you Save Workbook and re-open; or move to a different Shee

    Hi

    I tried it and got:

    Run Time Error '1004'
    Application-defined or object-defined error

This happens when I starting to make a new entry in Row 45 at Column A45

Anything else you can suggest is very much appreciated.

    Cheers!
