Macro to convert Vlookup formula to Direct links.

Hello All,

I am facing a very peculiar problem where i have to manually link lots of values in excel sheets. I can easily pull these values through vlookup but my client needs it to be directly linked. So, i was hoping if someone could help me with a macro to convert vlookup formula to direct cell references.


In the example below there is sample data and Vlookup tab where i want the vlookup formula to be replaced by direct link.
