Need excel formula to convert currency rate depends upon validity date

Dear experts

I have set of data which calculating currency to different currency rates from list depends upon accounting date

if accounting date shows 30-Sep-2015 if currency AED so result should conversion value from list of in between date list of 28-sep-15 till 23-oct-15

Try this In I2 and drag down

=INDEX($C$2:$C$67,MATCH(TRUE,((G2=$A$2:$A$67)*$B$2:$B$67)>F2,0))*H2

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.
