Unhappy Reordering rows based on data

Hi everyone, I have got a problem here.

I have to format data as shown in the attachment using VBA macro. I am a total noob so please help me out with simple and fast code.

    Points to remember:
    • Serial is made up of one alphabet followed by a number e.g B111, C1, D009, C1200, etc
    • Temp can be like C12MAX, CD10MIN, C1MAX, etc
    • Loc has to be in ascending order
    • So checking order is like this... Serial, Temp, Loc

    Thanks for helping me out.

My initial idea was to separate all MIN temps and MAX temps into separate sheets and then combine in a third sheet but failed. I need it as soon as possible.
