New timesheet project 2016

We currently have about 22 Permanent employees about other 10 comes & leaves what we called fill in.
I have a macro in the spreadsheet with 52 weeks or 53 weeks to rename it as attached.
I have a macro to copy across for 52 weeks .
the rates are different for the same employee (16/18/19.80/22.50/23/26 Euro) an hour.
In Irish Law Holidays 8% of working hours
The employees takes some Holidays during the year and they are asking me before the end of year what balance left before the end of the year any suggestions.
