How To Read Through XML Data and place in Worksheet(XMLdOC DOMDocument)

Hello, I am able to get a XML to load in vba however, I am unable to work with the data as I am a bit green on how this all works.
Could someone please point out how to work with this data Once Loaded in the DOMDocument. I would like the data to be placed in a worksheet for easy viewing.
I have included a sample XML and the layout to the Right of the XML test output.

    XMLTESTOUTPUT.xlsx

    Thank You, Mike
