Code to copy and past information from many workbooks

I have workbooks saved with a predictable naming scheme (date - shift number between 1 and 4). I'm looking for a code that can copy info from these workbooks and past it into another.
So the code would have to open a workbook, count how many rows it needs to copy in range A9:AY30 depending if column A is not blank, copy these rows into the active workbook (2015 fiscal) starting in column C, and place the date in column A and shift in column B. These two pieces of info can either be pulled from the file name or from cells G3 and G5. Then close the opened workbook

After this is done the code would have to loop and paste into the next available blank row in 2015 fiscal and repeat until no more workbooks exist in the file path on the computer (all workbooks will be in the same folder).
