copy data based on predefined condition and paste them to an "array"

I have 6 columns of data
one column is "condition"
move cursor along the "condition" column until pointing to a predefined value
copy n rows of data before the value and m rows after to an "array" (a defined range)

How may I accomplish the automation? Or which part of the VBA macro writing I need to read in order to know how to compose the needed scripts?

No idea how your defining the condition column, m, n, or the value you want to find, so I just hard coded them up front to be able to show you the syntax you need after they are defined.
