SumProduct on Duplicate values

Hi all,
I've a macro requirement.
1. 3 columns "Name", "Duration", "Value" with N number of rows.
2. Name column has duplicates.
3. There are 2000 Names which are duplicated ACROSS 40,000 rows.
4. I want to do a sumproduct (Duration & Value) for the names which have duplicates in IMMEDIATE rows (Repeated not more than 7 times).
5. Name that is duplicated somewhere else will be treated separate.
6. Then delete duplicate rows.
