    Number based on unique name

    Hi,

    I have a excel 2003 spreadsheet that is part of a larger VBA but I need to generate a number sequence based on each unique item.

    Attached is an example showing the before applying VBA on the first tab and after on the second tab.

    Any help would be appreciated.
