VB Code to copy employee names and paste at certain location

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I have list of employees in row1 of Sheet1 staring in Cell J1,K1,L1, and so on.
I need either the formula or VB Code to do the following:

I have Sheet2 where the this employee names to be copied as explained below.
The first employee name will start at cell N1, second at R1, third at V1 and so on.
So basically starting from column N every 4th column cell 1.
I hope this clear.
