Macro Assistance - inserting cell & data line by line not by column

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help, I'm not even sure if what I want to do can be done in excel or not.

I've attached a file with some data on to help.

What I want to do is for each line on reval tab, (there will be more than one line of data (Up to 600 ish) is look on the new data tab and if there is any detail in the GRNs columns (with the exception of any that start with Pre) then to insert columns on the Reval tab (R to X) moving any data currently in these over and taking the data from the new data tab and copying into the new R column. If there are multiple GRNs on the new data tab then to do the same with these, insert new columns (R to X) and copy data.

Reval (2) shows what I want it to end up like.

The new data will have multiple lines for multiple items not every item will have a GRN to enter into the spreadsheet, so will need to be looked at line by line.

I could be wanting far too much for excel but thought I'd put it out here and see if anyone can come up with something brilliant for me.
