Ideas on how to automatically update a list on excel.

Hello, I have an issue at work.
I was given the task to make an interactive lost of products and materials used at production lines of hte place I work at.


there is a master file in which all the products and their corresponded materials are listed likewise:

On my list I have to place the products horizontally to each other and the materials of each product below them, likewise:
2.png 2.png

my problem is that the master file is updated and changed very often, usually taking a puting new materials, often changing the number of different materials used on a product.

Is there a way to use macros or any method so I can automatize my list so that it changes the materials used on a product everytime the master file is updated.

I would assume the products and materials actually have names? This would be fairly straightforward but need a way to differentiate between products and materials. Can you provide a sample worksheet?
