Copy Range and Paste only Values (ignore blank cells)

Hi!

I can't seem to figure out how to copy a range that contains formulas and paste only the values for all cells. I want to ignore (or have blank cells) the cells which the formula produces an "". Here is my code.. it currently pastes the range of formulas as values - that includes all "" as blank cells that ARE counted when a COUNT function is used.... How can I have those cells become TRULY BLANK?
