Pop up id text is not found

Hi Back again

I thought of adding a pop up message upon opening a sheet if certain text is not found in cells, Col J in the pic but only if the due date for closure in the adjacent cell on Col I is past.

Is this possible?

Cant see the image so I'm guessing here. Pace this in the Workbook section of VBA window..

I've attached an example. I don't know why but I didn't have permission to earlier.

If date in col "I" is past and the adjacent cell in col "J" does not contain "closed" then the pop up box should. 1 for each occurrence if possible.
