Error in VBA code linking Excel with Outlook Calendar

HELP! The previous thread solution has worked fabulously for our company for the last year, but now it is stalling, and receiving a RUN TIME ERROR 13, Type mismatch. It gives me the error when it starts to reference the second column in the code (col. M). I don't know why? Where to begin looking for what we changed ... (the first column's dates are all 2015 which creates a 2016 apptmt for me, col. M's first date is a 2014 date -- not that it should matter but just in case)

The line highlighted in the debug is the line -- UseDate = DateAdd("yyyy", 1, cel.Value) in the following section:

As I requested, you've started a New Thread for this issue. What you've not done is attach a copy of the offending Workbook. We can't troubleshoot the issue without that.

"NEED" (Cell M24) is not a Date thus this will fail...
