textbox1_Change() does not see edits made to predefined values.

Hello,
I have a userform with multiple textboxes and combo boxes. For each of the textbox that calls the function only number checks if the input is number or if more than 1 decimal is used then it lets user know they cannot do that. The code is below. The issue is when I run this I have predefined values for multiple text boxes. If you add an alpha character in between the predefined value then it does not show any error. However, if you append the predefined value it catches all the changes. Is there a way I can solve this issue?

I cannot do that however I can answer any questions. I just found this bug to be weird. Most likely its my code but I am unable to see why it is doing that.
