Hi folks,

I work for a company that receives email attachments from two businesses on a daily basis that contains a bundle of attachments. Some are excel files and some are PDF.

We create a folder in a file path that contains the company sending the email, then the year they are sent, then the month then the day specified as e.g. Company A 23..11..2015.

Is there any vba code that will send to a folder be chosen by the user before running the macro? I have created plenty of macros in excel but have never used it in Outlook before.

Ideally what I would like is for the user to click on an email where the attachments are, select the folder where they want the attachments to be saved and then click OK. I have no idea if this is possible.

Can anybody help me with a solution or even to tell me if it is possible.
