Macro for replication

Hello,

I was hoping if someone could help me out. So I guess the easiest way to explain it would be:

I have one picture file and a worksheet of names, my goal is to replicate the picture as many times that there are names and give them their respective names from the worksheet.

Right now this is a extremely long and tedious manual process but I'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction for automating the process.

Where would these shapes be inserted? Some other questions might be addressed by a short example file. You can attach one by clicking the Go Advanced button in lower right of a reply, click the paperclip icon on the toolbar, and then Browse, select, and Upload your file.
