Insert Progress bar

Hi

I am using userform, by clicking on a command button macros run in the background and screen left blank. I want to show a progress bar while running macros.

any help on this please.

dear i could not find usefulness.

can somebody write code for me. whenever a macro runs from this userform it should generate progress bar
