How to clean the special SPACE

Please see the attached excel file.

I want to clean the space in first cell by using function or macro.

I have tried Trim and replace, but the SPACE is still there.

What you have is non-breaking spaces aka Chr(160). Something like this will remove them:

Technically it's a non-breaking space chr(160) , often typed as option-spce in some programs.

I like to call it an 'invisible hyphen' when it's used to connect two words in a title so they appear together on the same line of text.
