Macro to populate cells in other sheets

Hi, i have been trying to do this but not getting very far so time to put my hand up and ask for help.

In the attached sheet i need to look at the sheet called "Blade 01". In column E i need to start at cell E12. I then need to select the sheet that matches the sheet name in Cell D12. Now from the date in E12, select the range ie "GA14CGH-42". Now from the "Outlet" field G12 select the outlet on sheet GA14CGH, select outlet "C01" which is on sheet GA14CGH and port "C01" actually equates to cell H3 on sheet GA14CGH. In the cell add the port information ie 08 and colour the cell RED to match the tab colour of the "Blade". Now back to Blade 01 and select the nect row down, starting at row E13, repeat this down to cell E47. And cells marked "Spare" can be stepped over. Once a blade is complete select the next "Blade" sheet and start the process again, but using the tab colour for this Blade sheet when inputting the outlet data.

There is no date in E12

Any sheet called Blade has the master data. I want to transfer the port in formation in column "C" to one of the 3 sheets which start GA...... The information in column H tells you whereabouts on the other 3 sheets, called GA...... the Port information goes. Essentially the 3 sheets called GA..... have a number of 12 block grids, A01 is the upper left of the first block, then within that block A12 is the lower right of the block. Each set has 12 blocks A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J,K,L & M. Hope this makes more sense.
