I have a Excel Macro workbook with 300 Worksheets.
It takes long long time to Refresh all the pages, it takes almost 6-8 hours with 2mb bandwidth.
Are there any way to refresh all the pages quickly,
Please help.

When you say Refresh what exactly do you mean?
Does your workbook have a number of links to external documents/website etc? Im assuming it does because you talk about your internet speed.

Yes , My workbook has 300 worksheets and each sheet extract data from web sites. My Internet speed is 4MBS. I have one Refresh button for all 300 work sheets. But it takes long long time to Refresh all the sheets. Are there any way to faster the Refresh? Please help.
