I have a complex spreadsheet to which I have created a custom ribbon (with its own Menu Item in the toolbar) using the Custom UI editor. It works perfect in Excel 2013, but when I load it using Office 2016, the custom ribbon does not show. Any suggestions?
Have you been to the Options, Customize and checked the Main Tab box?

It just sounds like you are missing a check box somewhere. If not then tell us more about what you have. Mac or PC?
