Set value in target range

Hi experts!

This seems dead easy, yet I struggle to find an answer I'm looking for.

Assume you have a range where you want to put a value in a single cell within that range. And you also have row & column numbers(on a different sheet) targeting a cell. Example:

Target information (Row & Column numbers) as well as target value are in sheet "VALUE".
The range where I want value placed is in sheet "TABLE"

Basically I want to grab the value and place it in the range where Row and Column meet.

Can someone please guide me in the right direction how this may be achieved?
