CSV Formatting errors

Good Afternoon All,

I have attached a sample of a spreadsheet which is generated online and then emailed to us in csv format.

In Column C is the account code, but if you look in column R (line 6) the next invoice for this account is showing there where it should be shown underneath the one in Column C.

Is there a way i can place this data where it should be in column c via a macros?

On Row 26 there are lots of data spread along this line so all the customers invoices show together?

Hi Maniacb,

Please see the attached spreadsheet SAMPLE_2 after execution of the macros, as you can see all align but the comments must also align with the line on which the invoice is sat.

Can this be added into your macro that they all sit in column P aligned please?

can you show an end result example? I don't see what comment applies to what line?

I don't see how we can identify the string to then place it where you have highlighted. It would help if you can explain why a certain cell needs to be moved to certain place. I hope my question clear.
