There are, for example:
A1 B1 C1
A2 B2 C2
A3 B3 C3
columns and rows. I want the sum of products of A1:A3, B1:B3 (A1*B1+A2*B2+A3*B3) only if their corresponding C cell is bold. How can I achieve this? I'm all new to this.

Welcome to the board.
It would require VBA, which is not a good place to jump in if you're just starting. In addition, changing cells to or from bold formatting would not cause the function to recalculate, which makes it not a good idea.
