Need Help Setting a Condition for a VBA Macro to Run

    Flash Test.xlsm

So I am very inexperienced with VBA and am having trouble with solving this problem, I need for the Text Flash Code to activate ONLY when Range ("Info!C4") has the exact text of "You Must Enter a Selection Above To Continue!" in it. As soon as a user changed the cell contents to something else then the macro should stop. Currently the cell flashes all the time regardless of what the cell contents are. Any help is greatly appreciated!
