Userform command button not responding

Hi, I have this calendar for tracking leave taken by staff. it was fine until when I made some additional features to it, namely, the conditional format at the bottom of filter group "Outram LO Screen". Now, the "submit leave" button would not respond. The other 2 buttons ("delete leave" and "close") are still working. Can anyone help me take a look at what's wrong? I did not change the code when I added the additional feature

Copied over the codes from another version of the same file and got it to work, although I still do not know what went wrong in between. Sorry for the false alarm
