copy selected cells from one workbook to another

i have a worksheet with approx 150,000 records and i am looking to copy to the records to a new worksheet
if the value in a particular column meets a certain criteria

i have to do this daily and the criteria can be up 20 different numbers.

the file needs to be saved daily with a filename like pjm+date

can anyone come up with a quick solution i am having to filter cut and paste at the minute.
