Input result if a criteria is not matched from range

I got a formula, but realize that it can only be done via macro...

What I want to do is to look from Range F2:ZZ (until no more data), if it is different than "001-", then it will delete that cell + the cell next to it and input Invalid thereafter on the next column. Something is wrong with my code. Expertise are welcome.
