populating cell information based on information from another cell

Hi, I have this workbook where users key info into cells H1,2,3. H1 info goes into column A, where based on the value entered, the rows will be numbered sequentially up to that value. H2 info goes into column B, where all info is the same. H3 info goes into column C, where all info is the same. Can someone help me with the coding?
