Macro to Find/Replace from one worksheet to another worksheet

Hello,

I am trying to find a quicker way to do Find and Replace across many variables without having to do Find and Replace one at a time. Right now, it takes about 20 minutes to complete. What I would like to do is to take the list of data from the Cubs Batting List file, which I have made columns for all items to Find and another column of what I would like to replace the cell with in the 2015 Chicago Cubs - Batting file. If there is a way to make it find the exact name of the cell that would be helpful and save some time. Could someone help me out with finding a way for this to work?

Hello there!
My suggestion would be tot FindAll using Mr. Chip Pearson's code for FindAllOnWorksheets and then replace all the found ranges with one step....
What do you think?
