User Form in Excel with Combo box and calendar option

Hello Guys,

I need to create a Macro which can fetch the data from Outlook Inbox and Sent Items folder within a specific date range

I had found one macro on other excel website which somehow full-fill my requirements but I do not know to how to create a userform and where to place the macro in it.

Request you guys if you can help me in creating the same form and placing the Macro in it.

Do you need the userform just to run the macro? If so, you can just use a command button on an excel sheet that when it is clicked the macro runs.

Thanks for the reply.

The Macro of which link I had provided is have an date variable options which can be enter by combo box available in user form.

I do not know how I can create a same type of user form with Combo Box so I can use the Macro in a same way.

Please let me know if you have any other thought to help me out.
