Code to pull data from multiple tabs to main tab by identifier

Hello All,
I am looking for assistance on pulling data from multiple tabs on a spreadsheet to a main tab by an identifier (identifier is employee name). Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a spreadsheet for an example. That tabs at the bottom will be the name of the month and year. The main tab to pull all the data together is the yearlycalendar tab.
