ListBox to write value to another sheet

Hi there.

I have a list box on sheet1. The name of the second sheet is located on sheet1 in cell K2. K2 will be update often.

Is it possible to have a list box write its value to the sheet named in K2 cell A7?

So, when I link the ListBox to a cell and select an item, a number will be written there. I am trying to have that number written to the sheet named in K2 cell a7. Something like... (K2!A7) except K2 would be replaced with the text value that is in K2.

I am having an issue with the sheet. It seems to run fine but when I select SheetName1 it shows the correct number but then an error appears.

Run-time error '9':
Subscript out of range.

Also... Is it possible to do this with a ComboBox?

It's interesting.
It works perfectly for what I sent. At least with me here.
Did you do any modification to it? If so send it fto me.

I didnt do anything to it. I just downloaded it a ran it.

I am not sure if this approach will work though. It seems like the macro is set to run on a period. My sheet is very big and I am afraid it will slow it down.

Hi triump!

The macro executes every second listbox value copying another sheet.
It requires very little time.
I do not have time to deal with it. I do not see why there is a mistake.
If there is no other solution, you can start a new thread for the same subject, perhaps mentioning this macro as well.
Perhaps there is a VBA pro who picks up the thread. Good luck.
When you reboot the thread, please send me the link (a private message to be sent), because I'm curious what kind of solution will be.
