Hello,
Hoping someone can assist with a solution to deleting some rows in my sheet please.
As per the attached there is one line of text followed by a blank row then a line with headings and below more text rows. This pattern is followed down the sheet. This is a small sample.
What I would like to be able to do is to eliminate all the rows bar the top three under the rows starting with No in Col A then continue down and do the same again.
I need to retain the line of text before the rows that have 'No' in it.
Have produced result hoped for in the attachment.
