User Form workaround needed

I have a excel workbook containg a user form that when filled out populates to another worksheet within the workbook. Everything works smoothly.

My problem comes down to compatibility issues. People are going to need to be able to access this form using tablets (android or mac).

As far as I know the only solution to this problem would be to purchase Microsoft tablets, however that is not an option at this point.

Are there any workarounds at all? Maybe even other programs out there that can achieve the same result? I attached the workbook and form to give you an idea of I need to have work on tablets
