Combine Excel Sheets with a lookkup of Column Headers

hi,

I have a excel workbook with ABC, UTS, and PTN sheets. I have few common column headers in ABC and UTS.
I need a consolidated data with all the column headers in PTN sheet.
Below is what I am looking for..

1. If column header matches, then copy UTS data and ABC data to PTN Sheet after the last row of that pirticular column.
2. If column header dont match, just simple copy from UTS and ABC to PTN after the last matched columns. and likewise i need all the columns.

Hope I am clear.
