HELP: Seating Chart

To Whom It May Concern,

I am trying to make a seating chart for a company event. I have a spread sheet with their names, the company they are from and if they are a executive or not.

I want to make a seating chart with groups of 8 at each table.

Some rules I need to follow are as followed:

1.) They cannot sit with a person from their company
2.) 1 executive at each table

Could some one give me some help with this?

This was exactly what I was looking for thank you! Is there any way to do this type of seating chart for a second day of the event so that no one is seated with a person they sat with on the first day?

I need a similar seating arrangement where I have to make the children sit in the exam hall. Conditions are 1) Same standard children cannot sit next to each other but can sit one behind the other that is the next back bench. If i enter the children name and class , the excel has to prepare a seating arrangement. Is that possible? can somebody help. Exams are lining up. Have to make this excel ASP.
