Copy same range from main WorkBook WorkSheet1,always open new WorkBook WorkSheet1 & paste

I have one main workbook (MAIN) with plenty of sheets. I would need a macro that would enable me every time to copy columns A, C, F, Y from Sheet1 in my MAIN workbook then always open a new workbook and paste range in its' Sheet1.

Any ideas would be helpful.
