Button in a form keeps bringing up a Compile error

Hi guys

I`m trying to get a spreadsheet working, it`s intended that the form add data to the preexisting columns to make a table of data just using the form. However while I can open the form via the add data button, and close the form, the other button once the form is open (the button to actually add the data) does not work and brings up an error. Not really worked with Excel coding before and got no idea what I did wrong.

Edit: Removed file because issue solved and I realized i left my highly inappropriate placeholder text in (SORRY Gatti!) (the name is because it`s for a friend with no technical nohow, which is why she needs an automatic simple system)

Any help would be muchly appreciated
