point to specific person

Hi,

I want to make a macro that adds a point to a specific person if a criteria is met.

So I would have the name of a person in F3, and a list of people in I5:I15
And if E7 = True, then I would add one point to the cell next to that persons name in range J5:J15

Key point is that it does not remove the existing value in range J5:J15, but rather adds to it.

How would this work?

How would you change the sub if I just wanted to give 1 point to the person, irregardless of anything being true, but in column K5:K15 instead of J5:J15?
