offset rows by 1, take chunks of thirteen columns

Hello. I would like to accomplish this with formulas or code. I have "chunks" of data in rows, and I would like to take each 13 column chunk and copy below, then take the next row and copy but offset by 1 column. I added columns to seperate the 13 column chunks but I can delete them if that assists. Thanks!! Spreadsheet attached.

Oh, one more request...this might be really hard. With your code the copied text is staggered by one column for the three tables. I would like to move these to the left two columns and for the overlapping data ADD the sums of the values together. I'll show you an example in the spreadsheet. Thanks a lot for your help!! I'd give you rep but I'm maxed out for the day lol.
