Vba for count and sum in multiple range and criteria

NEED VBA TO CALCULATE NUMBER AS PER THE FORMAT GIVEN IN ATTACHMENT IN SHEET DATA.

Please not the VBA should be calculated with cell reference given in Sheet "Criteria"
For Example to calculate value in cell G7 the reference cell should be B2 from Sheet Criteria
to calculate value in cell G8 the reference cell should be B2:B10 from Sheet Criteria. So that I can change the number of relation by changing th reference.
same is applicable to count the value
