UserForm - VBA to populate cell with value of another cell on same row

Right this one is a hard one to explain... Basically I have a userform that populates calls on a sheet when cmdbutton is pressed, now on said sheet is a long list of numbers already inputted, what I need is for the userform to populate a different cell with the value of the number in the cell on the same row?

I have attached a the excel sheet, When the userform populates the next row down (lets use row 3 for example) I want cell P3 to show what is in Q3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!test v1.xlsm
