Percentages based on more than one column of data.

    Your Excellencies,

This project is all dynamic ranges as you can see in the VBA in my file... the snippet is attached.

I need the percentage of "Specials" in Column "D" that also have a "Y" in column "I" to calculate into a percentage of total Specials delivered within the delivery window.

So if 2 Specials were in column "D" and only 1 had a "Y" in column "I" then the result would be 50%...

    Any takers?

You don't need macro to do this, just use this formula :

Hi karedog... thank you for you reply!

I pasted your formula and saw that it works.

I however need a VBA because the sheet I attached is 1 of 24 that has been extensively filtered down and formatted from a daily file that ranges 30k to 100k rows and about 30 columns.

Is it possible to make the formula you created work in the VBA I attached?

    karedog,

You are quite efficient at this. I really do envy your knowledge.

Thank you this worked perfectly and I can now finish sorting files of millions of cells with a click. Truly amazing!
