Copying values from one worksheet to another

If anyone can help me with this it would be awesome.

I need to copy values from one worksheet ( name-"Bed Bad and Beyond" into another (name - "4--Bed Bad and Beyond - Report") in the same workbook starting from row #6 (row 6 to the end from one worksheet into row 6-to the end another worksheet). Thanks!

Hi, you could really do it yourself too.
Open the workbook.
Start recording a macro, give it a name and then do the cations manually.
Stop the macro and you've got the VBA code.
You can then look at it and edit where required, but for starters, I'm sure you can do it
